Refund Policy

If you are not happy with booked.bio, contact us within 30 days of your payment and we will give you a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@booked.bio with the email address on your account. We aim to process every refund within 5 business days.

Your purchase is made through our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who handle payment collection and refunds on our behalf. Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not by itself return money you have already paid.

A refund returns money you have already paid, and is only available if you ask within the 30-day window above. After that window, you can still cancel at any time, but the guarantee no longer applies.
