booked.bio is operated by Zainab Hareem Tayyab, an individual based in Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “booked.bio” refer to Zainab Hareem Tayyab; “you” refers to the person or business using the service.

booked.bio is a software tool that lets creators build a link-in-bio page, share it publicly, and manage brand inquiries. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

• booked.bio offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Studio), billed monthly or annually.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment security for every transaction.
• You can view or change your plan at any time from your account settings.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

You agree not to use booked.bio to:

• Publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or brand.
• Send spam or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload malware or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

You own the content you upload to your booked.bio page. You grant us a license to host and display it as part of providing the service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you publish.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard before it takes effect.
